Cake Ingredients:
-1 box of Lemon Cake mix
-1 (3.4 oz) package instant lemon pudding powder
-4 large eggs
-1 cup water
-1/3 cup vegetable oil
Glaze Ingredients:
-2 cups of confectioners sugar
-1 tsp. butter
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Cake Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan or bundt pan.
- Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in large bowl.
- Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour in pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Allow to cool in pan for 25 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
Glaze Method:
- Combine confectioners sugar, butter, vanilla extract. Add in boiling water in small increments until the consistency is thin enough to drizzle over the cake.
